Itinerary In Details
Day 1: Arrival in Arusha
Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport and transfer to your hotel in Arusha. Attend a pre-safari briefing and relax after your flight.
Day 2: Arusha – Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, fly or drive to Serengeti National Park (depending on preference). Enjoy an afternoon game drive exploring the vast plains, spotting lions, leopards, elephants, and the first herds of migrating wildebeest.
Day 3: Serengeti – Mara River Crossing
Full-day safari focused on the Mara River Crossing, where wildebeest and zebra face crocodile-infested waters. Observe predators such as lions and hyenas hunting during the migration. Afternoon game drive back to your lodge/camp.
Day 4: Full Day at Mara River Crossing
Spend the full day in the northern Serengeti near the Mara River. Capture breathtaking moments of river crossings, predator-prey interactions, and endless wildlife on the plains. Optional hot air balloon safari available at extra cost.
Day 5: Serengeti – Arusha
After an early morning game drive, depart Serengeti and return to Arusha by road or flight. Arrive in the afternoon, concluding your Great Migration safari.
