When is the best time to visit Tanzania for safari?

Tanzania offers exceptional safari experiences throughout the year. June to October is considered the best wildlife viewing season, while January to March is perfect for the Great Migration calving season in Southern Serengeti.

How many days should I spend on safari?

We recommend between 5 and 8 days for the best overall experience. This allows enough time to visit multiple national parks including Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater and Tarangire without rushing.

Can I combine a safari with Zanzibar?

Absolutely. Many of our guests combine a wildlife safari with a relaxing beach holiday in Zanzibar. We offer several fly-in safari packages that connect seamlessly with Zanzibar.
